How It’s Done
The Art of Design, The Science of Project Management
ProjectEric merges the science of project management with the art of web design to deliver a one-of-a-kind experience to your customers.
We develop and design projects for all of our clients with the same best practices used in corporate environments all over the world. It’s a tried-and-true Six Sigma methodology to make sure your project completes on time, on budget, and in scope.
- Define the challenge. And Measure the issues: no challenge too large or too small. Our clients know their own businesses best. So ProjectEric works closely with each one of them to truly define what they’re trying to accomplish. And we don’t believe just launching a client’s site equals success. We work with our clients to build a detailed measurement program, truly understanding issues, and ensuring that what ProjectEric designs will exceed our clients’ needs.
- Plan a design: in the Analyze phase, we work together with our clients to construct detailed business requirements, wire frames, early prototypes, and visual mock-ups. We carefully identify what design tools will formulate the solution. Measure twice, cut once. It’s an adage that still holds true in web design.
- Build towards the plan: in the Improve phase, we’re confident that the effort we put in as part of the Define and Measure phases will make development a snap. You can use a sledgehammer at a construction site, or an eraser at the drawing table. We prefer the latter.
- Implement the solution: in Control, we meticulously manage the launch of each of our clients’ sites as if they were our own. While most design shops hope their websites work, we’re confident that our web solutions launch on time, on budget, and In Control.
Implementing the process together
ProjectEric never works in a vacuum. We always provide the same level of project management service jointly with our clients so that deliverables are never missed, expectations are always exceeded, and projects are always completed with you, and ultimately your customers, in mind.
